HR Generalist - Spruce Pince, NC
- Recruitment experience – review job descriptions with hiring managers, helping coordinating and tracking system approvals in Workday (ideal if they know workday, if not, we can train), creating job postings on Indeed and LinkedIn, phone screens for initial fit, coordinating interviews, creating and extending offers, coordinating onboarding including working with IT to ensure computers/access is in place, etc.
- Coordinating immigration support - gathering required info and keeping the process moving – offer letters, job descriptions, consulate appointments, start dates, coordinating with relocation companies were applicable, etc.
- HR Generalist work – onboarding support, movement of individuals between roles and sites and updating systems to reflect new titles/managers/locations, etc.
