HR Manager

Job Description:

• Post and hire for all open positions
• Recruit and build a funnel of people for positions when they open
• Continue to embed the Triton Way into our culture
• Ensure the onboarding process is training new hires in our policies and procedures
• Ensure employee evaluations are being completed in a timely manner
• Determine ways to improve employee satisfaction
• Ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations

Assist other office personnel as needed

Required Experience:

• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Must have working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Must have working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Outlook.

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field

Required Characteristics:

• Must be motivated and willing to work hard to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our employees and team
• Must have strong leadership skills
• Must have great communication skills
• Must have a positive attitude as well as a willingness to pitch in and help fellow team members to achieve goals
• Flexible to work nights and weekends
• Triton Metal Products is a 24/7 environment and shifts may change due to business needs

Full Shift Flexibility for nights and weekends is needed for this role
