Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our organization. This includes managing employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting, and data collection. This position will also participate in other general Office Support activities.
Duties:
- Manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and provide appropriate recommendations for resolution
- Assist with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process
- Administer benefits programs including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems
- Assist with data collection and analysis for HR metrics and reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Provide support in workers' compensation claims management
- Assist with HR projects as assigned
- Liase with facility management vendors.
- Assist in planning on and off site activities such as parties, celebrations an conferences
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and principles
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, Kronos, UltiPro, and Dayforce
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
