Hr Generalist

Heritage Oaks Hospital is a freestanding, 125-bed acute psychiatric hospital dedicated to serving the greater Sacramento area. We provide treatment to teens, adults and seniors living with mental health challenges. 

We are currently looking for a per diem Human Resources Generalist.  In this role you will be responsible for providing human resources support for the facility by accurately performing data entry and tracking data.  Maintains all electronic and paper employee records and information related to employment.  Ensures the confidentiality of all data and information. Assists the Human Resources director.  Provides back-up relief to the receptionist.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

Experience:  A minimum of one (1) year experience in human resources, preferably in a health care setting; or any combination of education, training or experience in an office setting.

Additional Requirements:  Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested.
