HR Generalist - Full Time (Onsite)

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist who will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with HR management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee relations, engagement, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers and employees in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee relations process
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Serve on Employee Engagement & Safety Committee
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources as a HR Generalist, preferable in Health Care or Senior Living
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and confidentiality
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant skills and qualifications would include proficiency in HRIS software, knowledge of labor legislation, experience in conflict resolution, and familiarity with payroll systems. WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday 8a-5p; Occasional evenings and/or weekends if/when work load demands the need.
