The HR Generalist is responsible for completing a wide variety of assignments to support critical operations of the HR department. Duties include employee relations, organizing events/engagement, trainings/development, and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. How you will make an impact
- Design onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
- Leverage HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration
- Generate employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
- Evaluate employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly
- Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience
- Design a system for storing physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
- Write official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
- Strong communication skills
- 1+ years of human resources experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Bilingual (Spanish) Required
