Location: Clinton, WI.
SHIFT: Full- time, 8am-5pm Monday- Friday
Pay: $22-$24/hour based on experience

Description:
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- The HR Generalist will be responsible for processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
- Assist managers with employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
- Communicates with all employees regarding policies and procedures.
- The HR Generalist will assist with employee relations by using a win-win solution when possible.
- Act as an HR liaison for the safety department.
- The HR Generalist will support performance management and compensation administration.
- Build working relationships with managers throughout the company.
- The HR Generalist will assist with employee questions regarding benefits and inquiries.
- Preparing and maintaining various human resource records, including employee files, ensuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality of information.
- Assisting in the recruiting process and the attraction and retention of talent.
- All other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 1-2 years of payroll experience, preferably using Paycor system software
- 1-2 years of employee relations benefit administration
- Previous experience with training and employee development
- Excellent communication skills required
- Minimum of High School Diploma required
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality required
