We are searching for a people-oriented and Bilingual HR professional in our Raleigh, NC office! This role best suits a candidate that is a great problem-solver and enjoys serving others on a daily basis.
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Monday-Friday
Location: Raleigh, NC, and willing to travel between local customer sites as needed

Position Responsibilities:
- Work hand-in-hand with the HR team with a focus on recruiting.
- Assist with the recruiting of qualified candidates through direct recruiting, referral programs, internet, advertising, and community involvement. (Applicant Tracking System, job fairs, and other opportunities).
- Manage all onboarding tasks when hiring new employees such as processing employee paperwork and electronic documents promptly and accurately.
- Create and maintain employee files according to company standards and legal requirements.
- Conducting and reviewing background checks as well as administering drug tests.
- Will conduct New Hire Orientation.
- Tracking the progress of branch openings
- Maintain a clean, warm, and friendly environment in our front office.
- Greet visitors who come to our office in a warm and friendly manner.
- Assist and support current employees in logging into their employee profile
- Processing HR-related updates in our Applicant tracking system
- Will also be a backup for recruiting staff members in their absence
- Other duties as assigned by your manager
Required:
- MUST be written and verbally proficient in English and Spanish
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- 2+ years of experience in staffing, HR, or recruiting
- Valid Driver's License
Preferred:
- Prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources.
- General knowledge of computerized HRIS.
