About the role
- Manage end-to-end high volume recruitment.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring a smooth and transparent recruitment process.
- Assist with benefits administration and coordinate new hire orientation.
- Assist with offboarding and termination procedures.
- Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from database.
- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and local employment laws and regulations.
- Support additional HR department goals and programs as assigned.
- 2-3 years of HR experience in various HR functions.
- 1+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred.
- aPHR, PHR, or SPHR or other HR related certification is a plus.
- High degree of emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Knowledge of employment law practices including FMLA, ADA, Title VII, ERISA, HIPPA, etc.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Must have high integrity and maintain trust across the organization at all levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to and familiarity with HR best practices and demonstrates the ability to apply that knowledge in the workplace.
- Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
