Summary:
The HR Generalist provides ongoing support across a wide range of Human Resource activities. As a member of Human Resources team, the HR generalist is seen as an expert for all things people related, and as an escalation point to our cross functional leaders within the HR team and across our employee and manager base.
**This is an ONSITE position. Remote work will NOT be considered.**
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include scheduling exit interviews, compiles and analyzes data from exit interviews to produce monthly reports, interprets organizational policies and consults employees and managers, processes and tracks employee bonus payments, coordinates employee service awards program, manages educational reimbursement programs, processes invoices and Personnel Action Forms (PAF's), data entry into the Nash UNC Health Care security program, assisting with imaging employee documents, screening and routing calls appropriately, and processes all employee and miscellaneous correspondence received by Human Resources. In addition, the HR Generalist is responsible for scheduling meetings as requested, coordinating the evaluation process, works with department leaders and HR manager to update job descriptions, works with external consultants to review salary ranges, and collaborates with the Finance department to process tax withholding and direct deposit change requests.

Education & Training Requirements:
- Associates degree and 2 years of Human Resources experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
