Job Description
Specifically, you will be:
* Creating policies and termination rules
* Rolling out initiatives
* Creating performance improvement plans with the process around it
* Researching the cost of living adjustments
* Understanding and editing offer letters to adjust them to the new policies and rulesREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. (An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered for this role)
* Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience working in a human resource capacity
* Thorough understanding of HR laws and regulations to seamlessly execute various people related tasks
* Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills to provide solid solutions
* Excellent attitude and open mind to be flexible for the business
* Strong communication skills along with interpersonal and conflict resolution skills; ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
* Executing in a fast paced environment, adjusting to constant change and ambiguity
* Excellent organizational and time management skills and detail oriented to meet deadlines
* Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
* Proficient with Google Workspace along with various HR related systems and software
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
