- Conduct unbiased and thorough investigations into any employee relations matters and provide clear and well-aligned recommendations based on findings.
- Collaborate closely with the employee relations (people operations, legal, compliance & ethics) team to ensure appropriate execution of recommended actions.
- Act as the main point of contact for all workplace accommodation requests, assessing needs, making determinations, and effectively communicating decisions to employees.
- Strengthen our HR compliance program by ensuring adherence with all relevant HR requirements. Stay informed about changes in labor laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure the company's policies and practices remain compliant. Establish processes and routines to ensure cross-functional HR compliance
- Support with additional people operations projects and tasks as needed.

- Experience managing HR compliance programs.
