Your responsibilities in this role
- Create employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience
- Employ HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration
- Write official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
- Generate employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
- Design onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
- Evaluate employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly
- Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
- Create a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
- Parter with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
- Take appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances

- Strong organization skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Skillful in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- HR certifications desired but not required
- Comfortable developing and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Engages effectively in self-directed time management and prioritization of workload
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
