Bring with you:
- A partnership with the People Team, operations team, and leadership to support HR strategies and initiatives that align with the coffee and restaurant businesses.
- Ability to collaborate with employees at all levels, implementing HR policies and procedures and managing HR functions to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Knowledge and experience coordinating benefits.
- Knowledge of federal (FMLA & ADA) and state leave laws with the ability to administer leave of absences across multiple states.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Ability to resolve conflict with strong decision making skills.
- Understanding of employee relations, staffing management, and training.
- A passion for and experience in food & beverage and hospitality in a fast-paced environment
- Five (5) + years of experience of progressive HR experience with a focus on generalist responsibilities
- SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP or PHR preferred

Work is performed primarily in an office setting with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions.
Physical
