KSA's
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related
field. - 3 years experience in HR.
- SHRM Certification preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to intuitively navigate HR System.
Ability to:
- Address and resolve employee concerns
- Create and present training materials
- Maintain accurate and organized records
- Uphold a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Effectively communicate both externally and internally
- Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs
- Prioritize to meet deadlines.
Duties Include:
- Provide valuable HR guidance and expertise
- Build strong, trusting relationships with leadership and employees
- Facilitate recruiting activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Develop and implement employee engagement
initiatives.
