Summary:
Primoris Services Corporation is currently searching for an HR Data Technician in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The HR Data Technician is an entry level job responsible for performing a variety of standardized fundamental clerical duties in the retention, storage, retrieval, indexing, and dissemination of a large volume of documents and/or records. This role works closely with managers and leads to assist with quality control in the transactional processing, approval processes, employment verification, data requests, etc.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Generates new and maintains existing employee records in UKG.
Verifies records accuracy and reviews documentation to assure proper policy application and regulatory compliance related to maintenance of employee records.
Verifies completion and confirms proper approvals to process employee transactions such as new hires, transfers, terminations, job and/or salary changes including promotions, demotions, status changes.
Reviews input to ensure entries are correct and comply with policy.
- Escalates issues; closely follows procedures, directives, and guidelines.
Works with Payroll department to help research and resolve issues related to employee pay.
Basic Qualifications:
- 0-2 years experience with in a similar data entry or HR Coordinator role.
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to create and cultivate working relationships of all levels.
Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of business units in various time zones.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with UKG software a plus.
