The Data Input Specialist is responsible for the accurate input of training data into our Learning Management System. Utilizing our client's systems, processes, and procedures for tracking training data the Data Input Specialist will ensure all records are uploaded and employee data is up to date. The position requires analysis of training records to be uploaded in the system, determining gaps in data, upload of training evidence and accurate reporting.
- Collecting and inputting training data into the LMS system (DOCEBO) from multiple sources.
- Maintaining a detailed and organized system to ensure data entries are complete and accurate.
- Addressing data inconsistencies and locating missing data.
- Adhere to best data management practices and maintain a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.
- Other assigned tasks as needed or requested.
- At Least 2-3 years of experience working with data entry
- Preferred Training or HR industry experience
- Ideal candidate would have experience working with LMS systems; DOCEBO is currently being used
- Collecting and uploading digitized data such as training certificates, endorsements, sign in sheets, etc. into the LMS (DOCEBO)
- Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
- Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent typing skills and experience working with windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) DOCEBO preferred
- Must be able to work a 20-hour work week (this is a part-time position)
- Remote, however must be able to work in the office work when requested. Please note, temp will need to work in the office for training sessions when they first start assignment; also as requested by manager.
