- Strong experience in HR is required.
- Experience with personnel file management is highly desired.
- Responsible for organizing personnel files and other important documents related to consolidation.
- Scans paper documents and verifies that scanned documents are clear and legible.
- Uploads digital files and data.
- Organizes and archives records and documents.
- Updates filing systems and devises new filing and organizational and storage systems for data and documents as needed. ts.
- Checks paperwork, digital forms, and files, updating or correcting documentation as needed.
- Secures and protects the privacy of documents.
- Types and performs data entry.
- Proficiency with MS Office is required.
- Experience with personnel file management is highly desired.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
