Weverse America Inc. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a central point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and will actively support and contribute to diverse HR functions.
This role will be reporting directly to the HR Generalist.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters
- Provide assistance in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of internal events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Help facilitate benefits administration and support the annual performance review process
- Provide administrative support on ad-hoc projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or related roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus

The hourly range stated above is determined by role, level, and location referenced in the job posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, skill sets, and organizational needs. Weverse America expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Only in exceptional circumstances where a candidate has experience and expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position would Weverse America consider paying an hourly rate near the higher end of the range.
