SalaryAlyeska Builders is looking to add a motived HR Coordinator to our team!
Looking for someone career minded with a large interest in growth & development within the company. This position is open to entry level applicants, as well as experienced applicants. (Wage and responsibility list will be tailored to meet selected candidate's experience level and capacity).
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Efficient computer skills. Typing should be no less than 50WPM.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willing and able to work independently and often without direct supervision.
- Work in a fast paced, regularly growing and changing environment.
- Possess a team mentality & strong work ethic.
Not required, but a plus:
- Knowledge of HR functions a plus (benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
POSITION DETAILS

This position plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining a positive work environment for our team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Active involvement in recruitment by preparing and managing job ads, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans.
- Assisting in performance management processes.
- Setting and monitoring goals with team members. Encouraging growth and development with our team members.
- Processing time off requests.
- Reviewing / approving time entries for all team members.
- Assist in maintaining company benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement, life, etc.) Ensure applicable renewal paperwork is completed each year, enroll new team members as applicable, etc.
- Create and monitor workplace policies.
- Conflict resolution.
- Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.

SCHEDULE DETAILS
Our crew works year round - ability to work overtime is required.
Monday - Friday is standard, 8AM - 5PM.
