HR Coordinator - Community Home Care

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
  • Assist in office tasks as needed
  • Answer questions from applicants and employees regarding policies, benefits, and hiring processes
  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
  • Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure proper documentation
  • Provide clerical support to the HR department
  • Assist with payroll functions, including processing and distribution of checks
  • Conduct or assist with new hire orientation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software
  • Prior office experience preferred
  • Spanish Is Must
