Workforce Consultants (www.HRbyWorkforce.com) is a professional human resources firm based in Oceanside, California and operating throughout all of California. We are a boutique firm, performing HR services throughout the entire state with our 25 Consultants and Partners.
We only hire the best of the best. Our most successful Consultants have been "Up and Comers" (7 to 10 years HR experience) ready to take the leap into the world of project variety and uncertainty; all common for HR Consultants. We develop our consultants and support their transition from HR Manager to HR Consultant.
We are looking for a confident, independent and intelligent prospects with a very strong HR Generalist background and competency, as well as the passion and skills for Mid-level Recruiting and Training. We are a fast-moving firm, looking for fast moving professionals.
We only interview candidates with at least 7 years+ Generalist experience and Proven background in Recruiting and Training. Master's Degree or equivalent HR management experience. Prefer SHRM or HRCI Certification. Most be mobile to travel throughout Southern California. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a Big Plus! Must be very well versed in California Employment Laws.
