Registered Nurse (Rn) - $45/Hr - County Clinic

InSync Consulting has an immediate needs for Registered Nurses (RN) in Sacramento, California. Looking for a full time clinician to work at a County Health Center assisting with Quality Improvement projects and help close gaps in patient care for quality metrics from HEDIS and HRSA (UDS). The position combines working with patients (e.g. outreach to those who need certain care services to explain what is needed and why and to answer clinical questions) as well as working in the "back office", for example placing lab orders and referrals for patients with care gaps and conducting some POC testing. The RN will also conduct chart audits to determine whether patients need a particular quality service. Experience with Ecel and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is required. BILINGUAL IS A PLUS  - Spanish, Farsi, Dari, Pashto, Ukrainian, and Russian would be very helpful.  *This is not a complete list of responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:
