Position Purpose
Under the general guidance of the Director of HR Business Partners the incumbent acts as an internal consultant, to leadership to ensure that their strategic, tactical and operational human resources objectives are achieved. The business partner will collaborate with the leadership team to ensure human resources support and assist with tactics to respond to the changing landscape of healthcare. The role is also responsible for building external relationships with the community to promote the growth and development with healthcare along with participating in professional and community organizations.
Nature and Scope
The Human Resources Business Partner coordinates and supports the Senior Management Team in the development and implementation of a human resources business plan, including but not limited to, strategies, tactics and objectives while ensuring human resources related laws and regulations are in compliance. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of strategic initiatives, planning and analysis, internal communication and change management. With the understanding of the delivery of healthcare through the perspective of employees, consumers, regulatory agencies, and physicians, the HR Business Partner will work with the leadership, to deliver/coordinate functional human resources support that align people with the organization’s strategies and culture in the areas of recruiting, staffing, succession planning, compensation, benefits, employee relations, labor relations and training. This position will provide proactive human resources support and counsel to the management team.
Within the Human Resources Business Partner’s client group, it is expected that the incumbent builds positive relationships based on respect for others. The business partner builds trust though collaboration and consultation with various stakeholders within the organization including employees, physicians, leaders, and peers while demonstrating a strong commitment to confidentiality.
Human Resources Business Partners with the Renown Medical Group will directly support physician leaders in the management of their specialty divisions and/or Institutes. The HRBP for RMG will work closely with the provider recruiting team relating to the onboarding of new providers into the Renown Health culture, and provide substantive support in the areas of retention and provider/ employee engagement in the RMG clinics. Extensive knowledge and administration of provider compensation and contracts is an integral part of this role. Incumbent will work closely with administrative leadership of the specialties in partnership with other HR Business Partners and Employee Relations Specialists. This leadership role may oversee Provider Relations and Contract Specialists.

Education:
Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent human resources leadership experience required.
Experience:
Minimum three years’ experience in the human resources field in a professional level position required. This generalist experience must include compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruitment experience required. Experience with labor relations preferred.
License(s):

Certification(s):
Professional Human Resources (PHR), or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), or Society for Human Resource Management certification preferred.
Computer / Typing:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
