PRIMARYPURPOSE:
The Human Resources Partner supports operational leaders and the Director of Talent Management in executing on the property's talent and human resources initiatives, with a focus on Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, and Culture. This position collaborates with operational leaders on initiatives, action plans and processes to improve critical organizational performance in the areas of Employee Engagement and Guest Service.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support operational leaders with talent and performance management with a focus on enhancing onboarding, increasing leadership capabilities and supporting the Company-wide succession planning process.
- Partner with operational leaders on employee surveys, leadership skip-level meetings, and employee focus group meetings to conduct regular organizational health assessments. Consult, support and provide guidance to property/corporate division leadership to develop action plans to address employee feedback.
- Partner with Guest Experience and Brand Marketing on employee activations focused on increasing Employee Friendliness scores and employees' knowledge of key property experiences.
- Partner with HR Director, Learning & Development CoE and property leadership to drive implementation of learning strategies and training plans at the property level.
- Facilitate the exit interview process by conducting interviews, ensuring the integrity of data, providing analytics and metrics, and providing turnover reports and analysis, including recommendations based on findings.
- Provide triage support to employees and leaders on miscellaneous matters not necessarily handled by a CoE.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Three (3)+ years of experience in Human Resources, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
CERTIFICATIONS,LICENSES,REGISTRATIONS:
- Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s).
