The Human Resources Business Partner develops and delivers the people aspects of the business plan for our HR and other organizations. You will provide strategic planning and direction; executive coaching; act as an important liaison on all HR processes and respond to people-related emergencies. The HRBP also promotes change initiatives and focuses on overall organizational effectiveness for the entity. The HRBP is viewed as one of the very most trusted business advisors to the Leader of the entity. You will report to the Functions HR Americas organization.
- Be a senior level executive and partner, within the assigned entity, to deliver people outcomes that are aligned with the business strategy and provide value.
- Identify new business strategies and adjust HR strategies to respond to changing needs of our business.
- Provide a single point of contact around HR processes (hiring, integration, onboarding, training, scheduling and deployment, rewards, performance management and promotion) for the leaders of the entity; you will not necessarily be a deliverer of those processes – but may get involved in some of the delivery.
- Help determine and implement appropriate HR programs to grow the entity according to the talent strategy and people aspects of our business strategy – typically with a focus on skill needs and development.
- Coach leaders within the entity to help them achieve their potential; help develop the next generation of leaders.
- Guide people-related change programs through the assigned entity.
- Develop programs to address engagement and employee value proposition issues.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of prior experience as an HR Business Partner
- Experience with HR tools and processes
- Experience with HR metrics and analysis
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 – 152,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
