Position Summary:
With continued growth comes new opportunities. Due to that expansion, we are looking to add a Human Resources Business Partner to join our rapidly growing field team. The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to the line by embedding corporate HR strategy into day-to-day work and providing HR insight, talent strategies, guidance and support to relevant internal client groups with the objective of adding value to the business.
Responsibilities

• Work with assigned business units to determine gaps and design and develop organization structure, talent and learning and development plans.
• Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
• Facilitate learning and development, retention strategies, succession planning and career development
• Review key business performance targets and their related talent implications with business leaders.
• Assist business unit leaders in providing employees with development opportunities that align with current and future performance standards.
• Serve as an employee advocate and take an active role in overall engagement tactics
• Develop and promote ongoing feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes.
• Identify and drive the sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Act as a liaison between employees and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs.
• Identify new opportunities for HR to add value to the business.
• Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends.
• Facilitate a strong leadership and coaching culture.

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR management, or related field
• 3-5 years experience in Human Resources
