As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team.
About the role:
As an HR Business Partner at Turf Tank, you will play a crucial role in aligning human resources strategy with business goals. This position involves collaborating with various departments to provide comprehensive HR support in the areas of payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, employee engagement, and performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Collaborate with finance to manage budgeting and forecasting related to payroll and benefits.
- Recruiting:
- Lead the recruitment process by working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and manage the hiring process.
- Onboarding:
- Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
- Facilitate orientation sessions and provide resources for new employees to acclimate to the company culture.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflicts, providing guidance and resolution.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee issues promptly.
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize team-building activities and events.
- Employee Performance:
- Implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Work with managers to address performance issues and support employee growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and departments.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
