HR Business Partner - Cobalt Credit Union

The HR Business Partner performs Human Resource duties at a professional level and is involved in the development and implementation of recruitment, policies, employment practices, employee benefits, and training.

Education and/or Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in HR, Business or Finance is preferred.
• Minimum of three years of HR experience required, including experience with Employee Relations as part of an HR team.
• PHR or SHRM-CP designation preferred.
• Problem Solving – the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
• Interpersonal Skills – the individual maintains the highest level of confidentiality, remains opens to others’ ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things.
• Oral Communication– the individual speaks clearly and demonstrates strong group presentation skills.
• Planning/Organizing – the individual prioritizes effectively and uses time efficiently.
• Adaptability – the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and can deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
• Dependability – the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to direction, and solicits feedback to improve performance.
• Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office.

Pay: $61,912.00 - $85,128.00 per year
