Job Description
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management throughout the organization. The HRBP provides customer service consultancy that adds value, helps the organization achieve successful results and is valued by management and employees. The HRBP positions the organization as an employer of choice by being aware of policies, practices and trends within the healthcare and human resource industry. The HRBP maintains an effective level of understanding of the organization's financial position, strategy, its culture and its competition. The HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent.
The HRBP - Employee Relations & Compliance is primarily responsible for maintaining a bias-free and legally sound work environment by planning and directing progressive, accurate and cost effective delivery of employment law and regulatory compliance; union negotiations, and overall Employee Relations.
Qualifications
What is required...
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or a related field; additional experience will be counted in lieu of education.
- Minimum of five years' experience resolving complex Employee Relations issues with working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including employee and union relations, vendor relations, performance management and federal state employment law.
What is preferred...
- Masters Degree
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certification
Additional Information
Wage: Wage range currently starts at $32.71 and goes up to $47.75/hour. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.
FTE: 1.0 = 40 hours/week; Exempt
Schedule: Primarily Monday - Friday; 8:00a - 4:30p.
