A financial firm is looking for an HR Business Partner (Campus/Early Career) to join their team in Chicago, IL or New York, NY.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a Campus Recruitment program from the ground up, including clear strategies, policies, and procedures to attract and hire undergrad and grad level students.
- Identify, source, and establish strong relationships with target universities, faculty members, and career services to access top PhD student talent.
- Collaborate with educational institutions to establish partnerships, internship programs, and other cooperative initiatives that align with hiring needs.
- Create and execute effective social media and marketing campaigns to promote Campus Recruitment program, engage with potential candidates, and build employer brand on campuses.
- Lead the selection process for campus hires, including conducting interviews, assessments, and evaluations to identify the best candidates for organization.
- Develop and implement an onboarding program tailored to campus hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and helping them integrate into the workplace.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to campus hires during their first two years with the organization to facilitate their growth, development, and retention.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in Campus Recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
- Strong network within the academic community and knowledge of Campus Recruitment best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented, with a commitment to achieving recruitment goals.
