Job Title: HR Business Partner/Analyst

Job Overview:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) I is responsible for consulting with line management, providing HR guidance as appropriate. They will also work with the team to identify operational inefficiencies, implement improvements, and ensure that processes are in place for programs and policies. This individual will analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team and management to develop solutions, programs and policies. They manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; and conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations. The HRBP is responsible for keeping a pulse on the company's culture and overall engagement with the teammates.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts meetings with key stakeholders as needed related to teammate issues, staffing and other business needs aligned with the business.
- Consults with teammates & site leaders providing HR guidance when appropriate including policy guidance and interpretation.
- Investigates & attempts to resolve complex teammate issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed.
- Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve engagement, performance, retention and overall team member experience; follows through on execution.
- Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of teammates, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to site leadership (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with site leadership, & teammates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Works with the entire HR Team in developing and implementing HR programs, systems, policies and processes.
- Recruit & staff site open positions as needed.
- Maintain active support & visibility to teammates.
- Plan & execute all teammate recognition events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 yrs. experience in Human Resources.
- Manufacturing background preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 a must.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
