Responsibilities: - Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone screenings - Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates - Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires - Assist with employee orientation and onboarding activities - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment labor laws - Assist with employee evaluation and performance management processes - Support HR team in developing and implementing succession planning initiatives - Assist with HR sourcing activities to attract qualified candidates - Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends - Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed Skills: - Strong cold calling skills to reach out to potential candidates - Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations - Excellent relationship management skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization - Experience with HR sourcing techniques and strategies - Proficiency in using Taleo or similar applicant tracking systems - Familiarity with employee orientation processes and best practices - Understanding of succession planning principles and methods - Ability to conduct employee evaluations and provide constructive feedback - Strong research skills to gather information on HR topics and trends - Experience working with Workday or similar HRIS software This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field of human resources.
