Weekly Work Schedule:
Flex but mainly 8 - 4:30 three days per week
- Performs various clerical and administrative duties for Provider Recruitment and Support Services team members to include preparation of marketing and recruitment materials.
- Performs various duties specifically for sourcing for Provider Recruitment and Support Services team members to include utilization of materials both in print and on-line.
- Prepares materials for shipping to various career fairs and ensures supplies are well stocked for such shows.
- Assists Talent Acquisition partners and directors in ensuring candidates arrive at their designated meeting place during recruitment visits, pre-employment meetings and orientations.
- Special projects as assigned.
- Complies with all policies, standards, mandatory training and requirements of Stormont Vail Health
- Performs other duties as assigned
