Manager, Billing Operations

Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Looking for a Manager in Billing Operations to be part of one of Walmart's fastest growing revenue streams by managing the invoicing our clients for our products that we offer today, report on aged receivables to ensure that there are no negative impacts to the PnL, assisting in project management and driving the business forward. You will also work with our Business Development team, Account Management team and Finance/Accounting to ensure invoicing schedules and repricing schedules are correct.

Reporting to the Senior Manager
What you'll do:

• Support Data Ventures by managing daily operating activities for assigned areas and special projects, as assigned.
• Adapt to competing demands in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Administer all end-to-end accounts receivables processes for Data Ventures Team.
• Verify and submit invoices to ensure they are processed according to payment terms and contribute to plans to address issues and discrepancies.
• Complete payments by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
• Ensure credit is received for outstanding invoices. Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions. Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Support management of client contracts and related legal documents.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in the project planning, testing and delivery of enhancements.
• Assist Business Development, Account Management and Finance with questions and disputes regarding invoicing.

What you'll bring:

• 3 years of invoicing/accounts receivable experience.
• Technical knowledge and Microsoft Suite background.
• Ability to read and understand client's contracts.
• Excellent communication skills to work with our internal and external partners.
• Create Aging Invoices reports for visibility to risk to our PnL.
• Conduct meetings with Account Managers regarding their clients' aging invoice(s).
• Deliver KPI updates to leadership team.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

• Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

• Stock equity incentives
