Wheatridge Park Care Center is seeking a Part-Time Administrative HR/Business Office Assistant!

Weekly Schedule Mon-Fri 9am-1pm
The Administrative HR/Business Office Assistant is responsible for the overall management of administrative tasks as well as supporting our HR/Business Office Manager. You will have a key role in assisting with HR/Business Office administrative tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet Visitors
- Answers incoming calls
- Assist with resident/family tours
- Maintenance of employee/resident files
- Participate in organization of employee new hire orientation
- Update/Create Excel Spread Sheets
- Faxing documents
- Mail Resident Monthly Invoices
- Monthly mailings for marketing and residents
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- 6 month – 1 year experience in an office setting
- Knowledgeable with use of Excel/Windows/Outlook
