This is a 100% remote role based in either MST or CST.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented People Team Assistant for a part-time, 5-month contract role. This remote position will be crucial in supporting various HR functions, including HRIS support, auditing, new hire orientation, and general HR support. The HR Assistant will report directly to the Director People Business Partner, Americas, and collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless operations and support for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Support:
- Assist in the management and maintenance of the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Input and update employee data accurately and ensure data integrity.
- Generate reports and analytics as needed.
- Provide user support and assist employees with HRIS-related inquiries.
Data Integrity:
- Conduct audits of HR records and files to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Assist in maintaining data confidentiality and security.
New Hire Orientation:
- Coordinate and facilitate virtual new hire orientations.
- Prepare orientation materials and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Assist new hires with paperwork and answer questions regarding company policies and procedures.
General HR Support:
- Respond to People-Team inquiries from employees and managers.
- Assist with general questions related to benefits or payroll
- Communicate with external vendors on employee-support matters
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ yrs of HR Experience
- General knowledge of HRIS systems and data management. (Experience with BambooHR, TriNet (PEO Dashboard) & Greenhouse a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and self-installed organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in an entirely remote environment
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Experience with Slack
