Role Description:
The Corporate Administrative Assistant/HR Generalist role will work under the Head of Human Resources. This position will maintain effective communication and interaction with employees across the entire organization and report directly to the Head of Human Resources This job can differ from day to day. The job responsibilities may differ significantly depending on the organizational needs this person will present a positive and professional image for the organization.
What you’ll do:
Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.
Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondences.
Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.
Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
Assist in the maintenance of employee records
Act as the main liaison for the Company’s Culture Committee and spearhead the planning of staff events, holiday parties, All hands meetings and the annual staff appreciation week
Coordinates logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering.
Use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint a to create and edit documents.
Operates and maintains office supplies and equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
Assist in developing processes and procedures

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND ABILITIES:
1-3 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment
An associate degree (preferably in HR or Business Administration)
Strong Compliance background with the ability to write strong employee policies.
Past administrative experience or tenure in an office setting a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work autonomously.
