We are looking for a experienced HR Assistant to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks related to our HR department operations. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our company runs smoothly. An excellent assistant is, above all, an organized and competent professional with a phenomenal background with managing high level companies health insurance and compliance policies. You must be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. You will be working closely with management to ensure our company guidelines and processes are running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures
- Respond to staff inquiries or requests regarding HR programs
- Manage health insurance programs and help generating necessary tracking reports
- Help facilitate benefits open enrollment meetings on the process for all employees
- Assist with consolidating the benefit insurance invoices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
- Previous comparable experience (2-3 years)
- Experience managing benefits for 50+ employees
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills: knowledge of HR systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Must be able to pass a computer and HR skills test during the interview process

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
