• Develop comprehensive compliance plans that align with our company’s vision and goals. You’ll be the architect behind our compliance roadmap.

• Recommend and implement new and revised compliance programs and policies. Your insights will shape our practices and keep us ahead of the curve.

• Leverage your accuracy and attention to detail and manage compliance reporting, including EEO1 and Vets 4212.

• Oversee our affirmative action programs, ensuring they’re consistently administered in line with internal policies and government regulations.

• You’ll stay informed of regulatory changes, trends, and best practices and educate business partners across the organization.

• Provide an internal escalation point for employees to voice concerns and provide guidance for win/win resolutions.

• You’ve got a track record in compliance, and you know your way around regulatory requirements with at least 5 years in a similar role.

• You have achieved a SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.

• You have a bachelor’s degree or relevant, equivalent experience.

• You can dissect complex regulations and translate them into actionable steps.
