JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Sr. HR Data Management Analyst to join our growing team.

 

The Opportunity:

 

The HRDM team at JELD-WEN is responsible for the day-to-day management of our Human Capital Management Systems and for implementing additional and related 3rd party solutions. JELD-WEN is looking for a Sr. HR Data Management Analystwho will be responsible for processing transactions in SAP SuccessFactors for employee data changes initiated through Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS). This position will also be required to perform complex data integrity audits, broad analysis for various projects. You will also work on and implement internal and Department specific Job aids and Training Modules. Provide project management on a variety of tasks to ensure the accuracy of information uploaded into SAP. While the role is primarily for the North America region, you will be working with and supporting team members in other global regions will occur - Europe.

 

What You Will Do:

 

  • Verify and/or validate employee information related to compensation, terminations, status, and position changes, employee transfers, employee personal information and process applicable changes in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Manage pending hire data from onboarding system and/or work with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition professionals to obtain the required candidate information to create employee and contingent worker records.
  • Support HRDM Specialists with training and guidance on various entry level to moderate level tasks.
  • Provide accurate, consistent, and timely responses to reporting inquiries, which are of moderate to highly skilled complexity and may require additional research and analysis.
  • Manage cases, monitor cases, and close cases within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), acting as a primary contact for escalated, urgent, or highly skilled cases.
  • Audit global data entry on a regular basis to review data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform various data integrity audits within their appropriate cadence to validate ESS and MSS as well as our HR team has input information accurately into the system.
  • Assist with creating or updating internal and HR Department training tools and process manuals for team members & business partners to maximize the effective use of the SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Perform project management tasks on a variety of initiatives aimed at improving SAP SuccessFactors data integrity or system use.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis and execute projects and resolution on trending issues identified in the various incoming issue/work buckets, partnering with HRIS team as needed.
  • Provide "white glove" customer service to all stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Global HR Data Management, Corporate HR, functional owners, managers, and employees.

 

Who You Are:

 

  • Two (2) to four (4) years of direct experience in Data Management that includes high-volume data processing, generating reports, and utilizing report writing tools.
  • Knowledge of data/records management practices.
  • Knowledge of applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in human resources information systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent computer and data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work both independently, within a team, and with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to self-manage key deliverables and deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Ability to perform and execute project management tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree or off-set by additional years of work experience.

 

How You Stand Out:

 

  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Skilled in building or maintaining reports.
