Supporting monthly headcount reporting.

Supports workforce self- service and Workday profile support. Flex Scheduling. Accountabilities and Responsibilities:Responsible for processing Timekeeping for hourly employees and other workers on bi-weekly basis, monitoring and updates accurate information in Kronos system and processing benefit reimbursements through batch entries in Kronos/Workday.Supports monthly reporting for headcount, profit sharing etc.Updates daily Manpower plan and communicates with supervisors to ensure accuracy.Supports recruiting process and conducts reference background checks for hourly manufacturing positions.Follows all company procedures and guidelines for selection of hourly vacancies.Manages internal posting system for open hourly positions.Administers badge and door security access to new hires.Creates & updates New Hire orientation binders - for new employees regarding company policies and procedures, benefit programs and plant rules.

Supports company benefit enrollment.Assists employees with new hire benefit enrollment, major life changes, and annual open enrollment.Arranges for temporary labor through staffing agencies. Communicates policy and benefit changes on a timely basis.Administers schedule for hourly personnel reviews and associated pay changes ensuring reviews are completed by managers in a timely manner.Maintains plant training records and facilitates plant compliance with training requirements.Coordinates employee engagement activities and communication meetings for hourly.
