Housing Supervisor
Department of Health & Human Services
Salary Range: $69,680.00 - $83,200.00

Job Summary: The Housing Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible of managing the intake process for My Home grants, ensuring that grants run efficiently and meet all HUD requirements. This position will also supervise Quality Assurance and Housing navigation staff, assigned to these grants.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure units are at capacity and manage the HUD grant process.
- Supervise and train staff.
- Ensure intake process is completed per HUD guidelines.
- Complete all monthly reporting as required by HUD.
- Complete monthly Quality Assurance checks for program accuracy and data tracking.
- Participate in Quality Assurance workgroups across service area.
- Provide support to program participants and service providers as issues arise.
- Co-facilitate service contracts for case management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education, License/Certification and Experience
- Current residency in the State of Wisconsin required.
- Possess a valid Wisconsin driver's license and personal vehicle; both able to be maintained throughout employment.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, Human Services or closely related field is required.
- At least one (1) year of experience working in a Human Services role required.
- Advanced knowledge of all related computer and software applications, such as word processing and spreadsheets required.
- Must be able to travel extensively, up to 10% of work time, within the community.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of the regulations governing subsidized programs; knowledge of work processing applications; ability to operate a personal computer; ability to prioritize and organize workload; ability to effectively communicate in written and oral form; ability to secure confidential information; ability to work harmoniously and effectively with staff members, government officials, case managers and the general public. Ability to lift, carry, up to 10lbs, push, and pull up to 20lbs as needed.
