Responsible for assisting all housekeeping personnel in performing heavy-duty work as directed by the Executive Housekeeper.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating so that you get along with guests, vendors, co-workers, and management.
- Remove dirty linen from cleaning carts or designated areas and deliver to laundry as assigned
- Clean all guest corridors, floors, fireplaces, ovens, elevators, and landings, linen closets, guest laundry, exercise room, employee lounge, and other public areas as assigned
- Remove trash from cleaning carts and deposit it in dumpsters
- Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
- Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment
- Dusts and polishes metalwork.
- Help the room attendants with the heavy lifting when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Availability on weekends and holidays
- Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from groups of managers, coworkers, vendors and customers.
- Must be have the ability to bend, stoop, lift and walk for an extended period of time.
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place heavy objects.
