Night Auditor

Responsibilities:
- Perform all end-of-day tasks, including posting charges to guest accounts and running necessary reports
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fosse Experience preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred

As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift. You will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, answer phone calls, and perform various administrative tasks.
