Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000 - Compensation includes residency in the on-site apartment

Job Description:As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and managing the overall and day-to-day operations, services, and policies for The Vintages Trailer Resort. Your responsibilities will include supervising a dedicated team, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining financial objectives, overseeing marketing initiatives, and fostering positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a staff of 10-20, including department managers, by recruiting, training, coaching, and addressing performance issues.
- Ensure training in service standards for all departments and maintain a 100% commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Oversee property operations, including regular inspections, maintenance, and cleanliness standards.
- Develop and implement financial objectives, review financial reports, and monitor expenses to meet or exceed budget.
- Collaborate on marketing activities to achieve revenue objectives, identify potential business, and maintain community relationships.
- Maintain proactive human resource functions, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and conducting regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
Requirements/Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent, Preferably in Hotel or Business Management
- 4+ years of experience in Hospitality/Management
- Knowledge and Experience working with Property Management System (PMS) software
Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent planning, organizing, and project management skills
- Strong customer, quality, and results orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PMS, DRS, Central Reservation System, Payroll, and HRIS
