We are seeking a sophisticated Hotel Assistant General Manager for a luxury property in Northeast Portland, OR. Salary: $120,000 - $175,000 (Commensurate with experience) + 100% paid employee health, vision, dental, 401K, PTO, and Paid Holidays
Relocation expenses covered, the amount will vary based on the candidate's specific requirements
Requirements:
- Experience managing boutique or luxury hotel properties
- Pre-opening experience is a plus
- Strong financial acumen with a successful track record of managing costs and revenue
- Hands-on leader who takes a motivational approach to their team
- Food and Beverage experience a plus
Responsibilities:
- All hotel pre-opening and opening duties
- Responsible for achieving financial goals – drive revenue, budgets, forecasting
- Oversee daily operations of all departments, including Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Front Office
- Will work very closely with Spa and F&B Managers to create a memorable experience for every guest
- Training, development, and coaching of staff on luxury-level hospitality services
