Hotel General Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all hotel departments and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise all hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage teams
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue generation
- Monitor hotel performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of hotel staff
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to brand standards

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hotel industry. Proven experience as a GM, AGM, DOS, FOM, or similar executive role
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computers and other relevant technology
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of night audit procedures (preferred)
- Problem-solving aptitude

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
