What you will be doing:
- Promoting the company’s 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
- Providing information to guests about the local area, hotel services and amenities.
- Handling guest check-in and check-out in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Providing exemplary guest service by demonstrating a personal commitment to making every guest satisfied.
- Continuously promoting, communicating, and embodying the RMC culture.
Front desk Qualifications:
- Previous hotel experience is preferred not required
- Previous customer service experience is required (1+ years)
- Passion for the hospitality industry
