Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately - Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services - Manage reservations and ensure all bookings are accurate - Assist guests with special requests or complaints - Maintain a tidy and organized Front Desk area - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction Experience: - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred - Familiarity with Front Desk operations and hotel management systems - Strong communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (Bilingual, Multilingual) - Knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial - Understanding of guest services and hospitality management This position as a Front Desk Agent offers the opportunity to engage with guests, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.
